Orders are picked and packed most weekdays around lunch time. Packed parcels are then dropped off in Lismore the following morning at either AustPost office or Courier drop off point depending on which postage option is chosen during checkout.

Delivery times will vary slightly depending on your location.

Australia Post advertise averages of 3-7 days for most areas on the Eastern side of Australia.

Courier delivery is often a little faster, but can not be sent to P.O boxes and some remote addresses.

Local pickup is available if you are local to the Lismore NSW area. Once your order is ready I will email you to arrange a collection time that works for you.

SQUARE – Australia’s leading payments provider.

Your card details are securely processed by SQUARE and the funds are then sent to the Den. We do not receive or store your card details at all. Card payments can also be processed through SQUARE over the phone if you prefer.

Paypal allows you to use your cards or pay by bank transfer. Your payment info is securely protected by Paypal.

DIRECT DEPOSIT & CASH – Payments can also be made by bank deposit (online or in branch). Simply select “Bank Deposit” in the checkout and we will provide you with bank transfer details.
Payment terms are strictly 7 days.
You can  also pay by cash when picking up your item (Lismore NSW area locals only).


Your privacy is important. Here at the Den you will be offered the opportunity to opt-in to our email newsletter list. This is not compulsory. If you prefer a more casual way to keep up on what’s new, you can always follow along on Facebook or Insta.You can at any point opt-out of email newsletters.

You can check out as a guest or create a user account. Your name, address and phone number are stored securely on our encrypted server for proof of purchase reasons only. This allows us both to keep track of your order history. This information is NEVER given to any third parties. It stays here for you.

Again it is important to understand that we never handle your payment information. Online payments are processed by Square or Paypal so you know your details are in the safest possible hands.

Alternatively, get in touch via our Contact Us page and I can phone you to create a manual order, so your data is not digitally stored.


I try to ensure fair terms. If you do not agree with the following conditions, please do not place an order until you contact me to discuss any concerns.

If an item arrives damaged due to postage mishandling I will assist you in claiming for the damage through your chosen delivery service, but do not take responsibility for the damaged goods as they left the Den in good condition with ample protective packaging. No refund will be offered by me.

Orders that arrive incomplete (missing a component or incorrect colour etc) I will mail that missing item to you as soon as possible. Note all orders are photographed prior to packing so I can check the correct items were sent. In this instance I sincerely apologies for any missed items and may offer you a little something extra for your inconvenience. Please get in touch so we can sort it out swiftly.

Change of mind? If you contact us quickly, sometimes it is possible to change a colour of an item etc as long as the order has not yet been posted. Once an order has gone out, we do not exchange for change of mind.

 If an item is received and you are not satisfied that it meets the item description I will assess your concern and may offer a store credit at my discretion.
