Birch heavy fusible interfacing is ideal for small craft projects that need a little shape.
*Hot tip* You can add a second layer of this interfacing if you find your project needs just a bit more structure.
This is a flexible weight, not rigid enough for handbags. It is not thick, so most standard sewing machines will be able to handle sewing through 2+ layers of this interfacing + fabric.
Suitable projects include:
- collars & plackets
- fabric tubs
- toy ears
- small bags and pouches
- pencil cases
- reinforcing around welt pockets
